The CEO Dashboard is a dashboard only accessible to admins. It shows you the most important information necessary to see a big picture of how your team is doing.
By default, the CEO Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your year-to-date closed and forecasted data. In this article, we're going to examine each section of the CEO Dashboard so you know where all your numbers are being pulled from.
Available Data on the CEO Dashboard:
GCI and Expenses (YTD)
Listing and Buyer Avg Prices (YTD)
$ Cash Flow (YTD)
Seller Information YTD

Month to Date
Use the table of contents on the right side of the screen to jump to a particular topic.
GCI and Expenses (YTD)
Cost of Sales
Cost of Sales = Closed GCI tile - (Net tile + Expenses tile)
Closed GCI: Total GCI tile
This tile is found on the YTD Dashboard.
Net: Net Income
Expenses = Includes expenses added in Sisu for lead sources and for the team
ℹ️ Note
Team expenses are added in monthly increments. If the CEO Dashboard is filtered to a date range that does not include full months (This Week, MTD, YTD, etc.) the expenses can appear off. Expenses will not be displayed for individual users or groups.
Listing and Buyer Avg Prices (YTD)
Listing Avg. Sales Price
Listing Avg. Sale Price = Closed and Forecasted Closed Listing Volume / Closed and Forecasted Closed Listing Units (decimals are rounded up)
Use the Volume and Count tiles at the top of the Transactions screen after applying the following filters:
Transaction Type: Seller
Status: Closed and Forecasted
In the filter, select "YTD" in the Transaction Dates section.
Listing Avg. Commission
Listing Avg. Commission = Closed and Forecasted Closed Listing GCI / Closed and Forecasted Closed Listing Units (decimals are rounded up)
Use the GCI and Count tiles at the top of the Transactions screen after applying the following filters:
Transaction Type: Seller
Status: Closed and Forecasted
In the filter, select "YTD" in the Transaction Dates section.
Buyer Avg. Sales Price
Buyer Avg. Sales Price = Closed and Forecasted Closed Buyer Volume / Closed and Forecasted Closed Buyer Units (decimals are rounded up)
Use the Volume and Count tiles at the top of the Transactions screen after applying the following filters:
Transaction Type: Buyer
Status: Closed and Forecasted
In the filter, select "YTD" in the Transaction Dates section.
Buyer Avg. Commission
Buyer Avg. Commission = Closed and Forecasted Closed Buyer GCI / Closed and Forecasted Closed Buyer Units (decimals are rounded up)
Use the GCI and Count tiles at the top of the Transactions screen after applying the following filters:
Transaction Type: Seller
Status: Closed and Forecasted
In the filter, select "YTD" in the Transaction Dates section.
$ Cash Flow (YTD)
GCI: This displays the upcoming GCI in 15-, 30-, 60-, 90-, and 120-day increments. This includes Closed and Forecasted GCI for the future. The future data begins “tomorrow.”
Net: This displays the upcoming Net Commission income in 15-, 30-, 60-, 90-, and 120-day increments. This includes Closed and Forecasted Net Commission for the future. The future data begins “tomorrow.”
Seller Information YTD
This box displays Seller data for the year broken down by

You can find this information by applying the following filters to the Transactions screen:
Transaction Type: Seller
Status: Closed and Forecasted
In the filter, select "YTD" in the Transaction Dates section.
Buyer Information YTD
This box displays Buyer data for the year broken down by
Units
Volume
GCI
You can find this information by applying the following filters to the Transactions screen:
Transaction Type: Buyer
Status: Closed and Forecasted
In the filter, select "YTD" in the Transaction Dates section.
Monthly Breakdown
This section provides an overview of your Forecasted and Closed transactions broken down by month.
The columns titled Closed represent data from transactions that have reached the Closed status.
The columns titled Pending represent data from transactions that have a future Closed Settlement Date and/or Forecasted Closed Date.
The Net Profit column is calculated as follows: Net Profit = Net Income - Expenses
Filtering the Transactions Screen
