The Commission Adjustments Report allows customers to easily view details of Commission Adjustment Categories and Entity totals added to the Commission Form. This report helps track adjustments and ensures transparency across transactions.

Filters & Features
The report offers a variety of filters and features to help you access the precise data you need.
Filters available:
Scope: Choose to view the team, a group, or an individual user.
Type: View only Buyers, Sellers or All transaction types.
Predefined Date Ranges: Quickly view date ranges such as Last Month, This Year, Q4, etc. with just one click.
Custom Date Range: Select any custom date range from the calendar picker.
Payer: Filter by the user who paid the commission adjustment.
Payee: Filter by the user or entity who received the commission adjustment.

You can download this report by clicking the download icon.

The search bar provides a quick option for finding specific adjustments, entities, or users.

Each column can be sorted ascending or descending by simply clicking the column header.
Breakdown of Report Columns
Refer to the table below to understand what each column in the report represents.

Column Title | Description |
Transaction ID | The ID found at the top of the Transaction Overview form. |
Address | Pulled from the "Address Line 1" form field. |
Lead Agent | The user selected in the "Agent" form field. |
Close Date | Pulled from the "Closed (Settlement) Date" form field and/or the "Forecasted Close Date" form field. |
Amount | The amount deducted or added. |
Category | Adjustment Category (created in Admin > Commissions) |
Use | Indicates if the adjustment applies to the Brokerage Cap, Royalty Cap, or Transaction Fee. |
Level | Section on the Commission Form where the adjustment was applied (Pre-Splits, Post-Splits, etc.). |
Payer | The user who paid the adjustment (this can be the Lead Agent, a user added in Agent Splits, a user added as an Entity, or the Team). |
Payee | The user who received the adjustment (this can be the Lead Agent, a user added in Agent Splits, a user added as an Entity, or the Team). |
