Understanding The Columns

The columns in the Platform Rankings provide different information depending on your user role. What's your user role?

User role: Agent or ISA

  • PR: The user's personal record for each metric and the month/year this was achieved.

  • Curr. Value: The user's current total for each metric.

  • Rank: The user's rank for each metric. Ranks are determined by comparing the counts in the Curr. Value column with those of all other agents and ISAs on the platform.

๐Ÿ”ธ Note: When the Curr. Value column is 0, the Rank column shows a 0 as well.

User role: Admin or TC

  • PR: The team's personal record for each metric and the month/year this was achieved.

  • Curr. Value: The team's current total for each metric.

  • Rank: The team's rank for each metric. Ranks are determined by comparing the counts in the Curr. Value column with those of all other team's on the platform.

Understanding Stars And Trophies In The Rank Column

If a user or team is in the top 20 for a particular metric, they see a star next to their ranking. If a user or team is in the top 3, they see a trophy next to their ranking.

ISAs And Platform Rankings

ISAs not only have access to the Platform Rankings table but are also included in the rankings. It's also important to note that the number of agents displayed at the top of the table includes both agents and ISAs.
